I upgraded to an Enhanced Account, but my account still shows as Basic. What is happening?

If you did not press the button to "notify Advanced Survey of your purchase" after you paid with your credit card, your account will not be automatically updated. A small number of customers don't notice this button, but we manually review all purchases to ensure that the correct accounts are upgraded. If this case is true for you and you would like immediate review of your upgraded account, please notify us and we'll review and upgrade your account immediately. Please include your order number.
