|  | | Our basic service is free. However, Advanced Survey also offers an Enhanced Account for individuals requiring expanded services and more extensive tools and features (such as survey branding, downloadable data, and preventing participants from taking a survey more than once).
Participants of your surveys, whether you are using a Basic or Enhanced Account, will never see pop-up ads or banner advertisements. The level of service for both account types is equal in uptime and performance; the only difference is the available options associated with each account.
