How can I print the questions and answers to a survey so I have a blank copy of the survey?

With an Enhanced Account you can print the survey details, questions and answer choices by following the procedure below.

To Print Your Survey:
  1. Log into your account.
  2. Select the Survey tab.
  3. Select the survey you wish to copy.
  4. Click the Print link under the Surveys tab.
